A comprehensive school management system for a private school in Phnom Penh. The system manages students, teachers, classes, attendance, grades, and parent communication. Built with Next.js and a PostgreSQL database. Includes a parent portal with real-time attendance notifications via Telegram.
The school used paper-based records and WhatsApp groups for communication, leading to lost records, miscommunication, and administrative overhead.
Replaced paper processes with a role-based digital system. Teachers mark attendance digitally; parents receive instant Telegram messages. Grade reports auto-generate as PDF at end of term.
